The occupational therapists Fiona and Katrina visited my sister who is 80years to assess her individual needs.
I was very happy with all the assessments that were carried out through the time they were in my sisters home.
The Occupational therapists treated my sister with respect and dignity throughout.
They wore P.P. Equipment throughout and communicated with my sister in a pleasant way and explained areas that she didn’t understand and possible timescales.
I ( as her relative) noted the way the people skills were used and could not fault any of the process. They were sympathetic to her needs and showed empathy throughout.
