Went to get flu jab at the Time Capsule, Coatbridge. Staff where fantastic. 

But why oh why are the poor staff sitting in the cold? Please supply some proper heating or better facilities.

Dear Rab67

Thank you for posting on Care Opinion. I was pleased to hear that you thought the staff providing the flu vaccinations at the Time Capsule,Coatbridge, were fantastic. This is the type of service we aim to provide to our patients.

I was however disappointed to hear that the staff were sitting in the cold. Please be assured I will pass on your comments to the staff managing the flu vaccination programme to ensure our staff are working in an appropriately heated environment.
