"Fantastic service for our baby"

Our 13-month-old son needed surgery to correct an issue with his penis in November and the level of care and service from all members of staff was superb. We also had to visit A&E 48 hours after the surgery due to a blockage in our son’s catheter and the on-call urology doctor was so kind and understanding. The problem was sorted quickly and efficiently, and he even called the next day to see how our son was doing and to confirm the follow up appointment to remove his catheter on the Monday. I was so surprised and happy with this extra level of care. I would have no hesitation in recommending Royal Berkshire Hospital for care, we have always been happy with the service provided.
