I honestly can’t rate this surgery highly enough all of the staff are so helpful, professional and caring. Both my son and I have received excellent care and even during lockdown when things have been different they have gone out of their way to be supportive and reassuring.
Today I called the surgery as I was having trouble getting my sons repeat prescription from a local pharmacy; he’s had multiple hospital admissions and it’s important that he doesn’t miss any doses.
My call was answered by one of the doctors who was helping out on reception as it was so busy (that just sums up the team spirit of this surgery really) and he was so helpful and friendly and had it sorted in minutes. When you have a child that’s frequently unwell it’s so refreshing to know that getting through to someone at the surgery and seeing a good doctor is never one of the battles that you will have to face.
