"Trying to speak to anyone is a nightmare!"

For the third time this week I have been on hold for 30 mins waiting to get through to make an appt for my son. Thankfully not urgent - but that’s 90 minutes waiting and I still haven’t spoken to a person! I’ve waited longer but give up after 30 mins now. Terrible service - and that’s precovid too. I feel so sorry for anyone who is ill trying to get through - I’m only trying to book an immunisation.
