Always helful - & cheerful, even in the very difficult circumstances of 2020.

My only criticism of my last visit was that there was no window open in the small upstairs waiting room. While waiting I shared this space with 3 adults and one young child - I was anxious about this.

Thanks very much for your feedback. We do try to keep a window open in the waiting rooms to increase ventilation, but sometimes people close them if they feel a draught. We do make regular rounds to check that a window is open.
