"Inadequate information "

Visited at 4:50 for a blood test. The website states the clinic closes at 5:20.

When I arrived, a notice on the door stated the revised closing time was 5pm

However, the clinic was closed. I was told they close at 4:45 to give staff time to clean down.

Please update your website with accurate information for patients. We don’t need to know about cleaning time for staff.

It’s extremely annoying when I’ve checked the information only to find it’s not up to date. I rushed to get to the hospital and find a parking space only to be turned away and suffer the inconvenience of arranging a return visit.
