"reception team"

Just made an asthma review appointment for my daughter Matilda. The receptionist who dealt with our query could not have been more helpful and patient, even taking the time to reassure me as to how the telephone appointment would happen. (12 year old unlikely to answer any calls!)

I find it outstanding that even under such pressure your reception team remain professional , polite and supportive.
