(as the patient),

Having suffered from poor mental health, and substance misuse for many years; I found myself at Taiths' Door. Little did I know, after 12 weekly telephone conversations with Nay, I would start believing in a better self. I have had such a positive experience, with the best support, and feedback, all based upon positive actions i, myself, have made in those 12 weeks. I have still a long way to go in terms of recovery, but, I have started developing a better personal outlook, and I am starting to believe in myself. 

I could not recommend this service enough, the staff that work here are an absolute joy to work with, and they really do care.

Don't stay silent, there are people out there that want to listen, and want to help!

Hi

Firstly, let me introduce myself. I am the Service Manager for CGL Taith in Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan overseeing the services and ensuring we do the best we possibly can to support our service users.

Next, I’d like to say THANK YOU receiving comments such as yours really does lift the Team. It is inspiring to be part of someone’s journey, and for others to read about your experiences, will hopefully inspire those too.

Also, well done to you for putting in the hard work and making positive changes to your lifestyle, it’s not easy, I’m sure you will agree. I am so proud of the staff team we have they are so dedicated to supporting people. I will pass on your thanks to Nay and the Team.
