A big thankyou to firstly the Admin in ENT for being so helpful and polite when I called on 24/11/2020
Secondly to the Consultants Secretary, I just needed clarification on my ear problem as I am trying my hardest to help myself before I return for my next appointment.
She sent me an e-mail explaining what the dr had wrote with what the problem is.
Now I know properly I can help myself.
So thankyou so much for your time and caring attitude during these very difficult times
