About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

I attended the above hospital on Tuesday for endoscopy examination. Cannot praise all the staff highly enough, from receptionist to Nursing specialist. All necessary precautions were carried out efficiently and without fuss!  The procedure was explained in detail and carried out with EXTREME efficiency, therefore making an unknown experience stress free.    May I also comment on efficiency of  the staff employed as "greeters" at the hospital entrance all in all WEEL DONE  Queen Margaret you do yourselves and profession proud.
