I was recommended to Working Win and received excellent support from two SYHA Work Coaches. Their skilled support focusing on my strengths has  improved my self confidence and supported my aspirations to end the social isolation  I have felt since retiring at the end of 2018 by working again.

Since December 2018 I have had issues of Depression and Anxiety and during my time with Working Win on occasion I experienced a dip the support I received from my Work Coach was appropriate and effective. While I don't yet have paid employment as a result of my Working Win experience of confidence building I have secured  volunteering in a role that will improve my opportunities to be hired and have improving skills in communicating and presenting myself in interviews. I have move on to Good Work which seems to be working out

thanks for this, the volunteering arranged via the Working Win coach is helpful in engaging me in all sorts of ways that help me into a better position in gaining paid work.
