Amazing surgery. I've been with this surgery for 3 years now And then managed to find out the root cause of my ongoing illnesses which my previous surgery wouldn't go past blood test. Anytime there's a new problem I get seen or tested right away.
During Covid19, the online triage form has been very effective compared to my parents who are in Northwest London and they get it definitely difficult to get through for appointments. And the safety measures are not as robust as this place.
As of November, they have a new telephone system in place which I actually prefer it because It's not always about appointments and also you now get to know what number are you in the queue.
The staff are really helpful, They try to resolve any of your queries. And again I just want to say the GPS are amazing they've managed to diagnose and refer me to the right specialist which came out with the right conclusions on analysis that are difficult to diagnose such as in terms of invisible disability. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you.
