We've recently moved to this area and asked a local pharmacist which GP he recommended. We subsequently registered online with the Brentford Family Practice, a fairly straightforward procedure.

We were registered within four days (which included a weekend) and were immediately sent details of how to register for the online service. We've also had new patient health checks and flu jabs arranged.

The speed and efficiency of this proactive service has really impressed us, having previously been been registered with a practice that never seemed to master their online presence and were not nearly so helpful.
