(as a service user),

Receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful on more than one occasion so absolutely not an isolated incident. 

Very good and helpful GPs - if and when I ever get to see or speak to them.

I am sorry this was your experience when contacting us. The staff at the practice work incredibly hard to answer questions and queries in a professional manner. I would just like the receptionists to speak to patients in a courteous manner. It’s no wonder some patients become riled, this is wholly avoidable by offering a polite, sympathetic but robust when necessary response to queries rather than the rude, brisk and dismissive nature that some staff have.
