Appointment time 11.30, did not get any information. I recognise that emergency take precedence but I would like to be informed why I did not get into the operating room until 3.00pm. At my admitting no one asked if I was diabetic? The overall care was good but areas could be improved. Sorry to be a killjoy but I feel this needs highlighting.
