"Impossible to get things done "

About: New Hayesbank Surgery

I have been having sever health issues and numerous tests done. Done blood tests and doctor was supposed to prescribe medication so I can get better before the surgery. Can’t get the doctor to call me; they can’t get the hold of my test results; asking me to call the hospital which I’ve done but I can’t get the results. I’ve been asking for the prescription. The nurse on the phone just keep saying go online and order medication. I keep saying that I don’t know what I need and need the doctor to call me. In a mean time I have been getting worse and worse. It just seems as they keep hiding behind the phones. Being angry at me because I’m trying to get to speak to the doctor. I’ll have to officially complain if I don’t get hold of the doctor soon as I have been more and more Ill while waiting for someone to call me back. Really disappointing!
