"No regards for patients welfare"

Waiting outside in the cold with no chairs is my first complaint at crewkerne when they have a waiting room you can socially distance in. Being forced to wear a mask when you already have a visor on and are medically exempt from wearing one ! Yeovil hospital except visors why is crewkerne so special. Not been contacted after blood test results but just being prescribed tablets and not being told what for !! Booking asthma review and they ring on the wrong day so I miss it. No checks with diabetes.

I made a complaint weeks ago and still have heard nothing this place is a shambles
