"Stress free experience."

Visited the hospital endoscopy department today for a colonscopy. I was slightly nervous and embarrassed but the staff all made me feel at ease. The department was efficient, professional and very caring. It was spotlessly clean. The staff in the recovery suite called my friend to collect me once I was ready to go home. My only complaint would be 18 months for an appointment to rule out something that might be cancer. I know Covid has increased waiting times but a lot can happen in 18 months.
