On every occasion I have called the surgery for advice of help, Velma has been a more than helpful. She is polite, patient and resourceful. Nothing is too much trouble. She has handled every call made by me, with sensitivity and care. She should be recognised for her approach, commitment and knowledge in helping people. So a big thank you Velma. I know I'm not always an easy caller but your calm and friendly manner always reassures me.
If one thing could be improved it would be having more than 1 person answering the phones.
