The prospect of this year’s flu vaccination filled me with dread, considering everything that was going on at the time. When I got the text from the practice I admit I was concerned, how long would I have to wait? Would I have to wait outside in the rain?
On arrival at the practice I was greeted by two smiling faces waiting outside with clipboards, once I gave them my name that was it, “Through the door to the right, the nurse is waiting!” I went in rolled my sleeve up, confirmed my details and seconds later stepped out through the fire exit nursing a sore prick!
The whole process was over in less than five minutes, I have never known such an efficient, well drilled process. Awesome job Hackenthorpe, thank you.
