About: New Victoria Hospital / Audiology

(as the patient),

I was really struggling to hear people now everyone is wearing masks. I contacted the Audiology dept during the first lockdown and spoke to Iain who has been so accommodating and helpful, he is a credit to his department and team there. 

He has, in my opinion, gone above and beyond the levels expected and has really changed my life (at work and home) for the better.
