I recently moved to the area after having a baby girl and joined Auchinairn Medical practice. I have been absolutely delighted with the care myself and my baby girl have received so far. The reception staff are fantastic at prioritising appointments and putting you at ease and the doctors are exemplary in their care. I had a number of concerns with my daughter including reflux and ear infections. Dr Coia in particular was so personable and has really put my mind at ease. She saw my daughter on the same day that I phoned and honestly just made me feel so much better about everything. I just feel that in the middle of a global pandemic, this practice deserves recognition. I also want to highlight how amazing the health visitor has been. Gail has been a massive comfort to me and I know she has firm connections with this practice. I want to thank them so much for being so very professional and for making things so easy at a time when things are so difficult for the NHS.

Dear Eviesmum

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to you and your daughters experience of using Auchinairn Medical Practice.

It was comforting to hear how the reception staff, Dr Coia and Gail the health visitor have all been able to put you at ease and provide your daughter with excellent care in regards to your concerns over her reflux and ear infections.

It was nice to hear how you hold all the staff in such high regard after your trips to the practice especially in these difficult times.

I will be delighted to pass on your comments to the Practice Manager at Auchinairn Medical Practice who I'm sure will be humbled to hear who professional the staff have been.

I hope your enjoying your time in Glasgow and thanks again this means a lot to all the staff.
