We've had many separate notifications about my daughter's immunisations that contradict each other. She's already had her flu spray, but we've had two appointments made for us automatically to have it again. They made an appointment for her MMR which they then changed the date on, and then told us to reschedule, because they booked it too soon after her flu one. I found out after 4 years here that they'd never actually registered me as asthmatic, I've been waiting over a year for a genetic test for Haemochromatosis because when they originally referred me, they sent the letter to the wrong place. You can never get through on the phone, constantly engaged. When you do, they're rude and grumpy. No ability to book an appointment online (it's 2020...). I was in the surgery last month and was twice ignored so that they could have a chat amongst themselves. They need IP phones so they can handle more than one at a time.
