About: Peverell Park Surgery

I have had about four prescriptions within the past year that have apparently been sent to the pharmacy but haven't been. I have had to order medication way in advance because I know it won't be sent to the pharmacy, I'll have to reapply and wait for the second prescription to be sent before I can get my medication. The fact that I expect it now is awful.

Dear Patient

I am sorry to hear that you have had issues regarding prescriptions, if you would like to email me direct with details of the difficulties they you have had I will personally look into these for you. This is the first time I have become aware of your concerns and I would like the opportunity please to address the issues raised in your negative review and rectify any errors.
