During COVID alot of the processes have been made easier, for example, ordering repeat prescriptions via the phone, requesting blood tests and results via an online portal, dr call bookings online. These changes help to speed up the booking process when you are in need of medical help and it makes the entire process less time-consuming.
Most of the staff are very friendly and personable on reception too which helps when you are not feeling well and need help.
