"Staff were brilliant"

About: Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (AMU) Altnagelvin Area Hospital / Emergency department

(as the patient),

I was admitted for a few days. As soon as I came in to a& e initially staff were brilliant  then I  was moved to ward 24 and all the staff were very friendly attentive and explained everything well. Feeling much better thank yous

I am delighted, as the ward manager, to hear that you felt that staff were friendly and attentive.

I can imagine how difficult it is being in hospital during the current circumstances and therefore I am glad that staff were able to explain everything well.
