The North Devon Cancer Care Team were very prompt to respond to my initial email enquiry and explain what service they could offer. The referral process was very straight forward and clearly explained to me so I knew what to expect and could share this with the family concerned.

Any queries along the way have been answered promptly and with clarity. I am extremely impressed with the whole service being provided, from the customer care to the actual counselling that can be delivered. A very efficient, professional and friendly compassionate service which I know will provide invaluable support to the young person concerned.
