Many of the doctors are great but they're let down by the backasswards way the reception staff treat patients.

20+ minutes waiting in a call queue for the line to go dead, call back and eventually get answered with "no more appointments today, call back at 8am tomorrow".

Refusal to offer prebookable appointments to avoid calling up EVERYDAY FOR A MONTH.

One such instance, had a chest infection and was given the runaround by reception. Eventually got seen by NHS111 who were appalled by the appointment "system".

There's a saying in Hastings. You're more likely to win the lottery than get through to Station Practice on the phone.
