"Maltreatment and Reception Service"

I have been a patient at the Cardinal Centre for 5 years and personally I am appalled by their standard of care and hospitality.

For one, I was once stood in front of the reception desk for 10-15 minutes while they were having their private conversation and ignoring me entirely.

I have turned up after 3 months of waiting for an appointment to be told that it had been cancelled and I couldn't be seen for a further 3 months.

The reception desk doesn't seem to answer phone calls, both mine and others that I have witnessed while sitting in the waiting area.

I have had around 6 doctors since I have been there. There seems to be a big turnover rate. On top of this the handover between doctors seems to be nonexistent.

I just don't feel that they care, it feels very disheartening and for someone with a mental health issue... I didn't feel like I could ask for help.
