(as a service user),

I came in for a breast operation a few weeks ago and had an very pleasant experience. The ward had a very busy day then nurses didn’t stop but when I needed something I never felt like I was an inconvenience (I probably was) all the nurses in ward 211 were so amazing but I’d like to say a special thank you to Kilda, explained things really well to me, giving me information and taking her time with me doing my discharge as I was quite anxious. Thank you so much! !

Thank you for sharing the experience of your recent stay in ward 211. It is great to hear that you received the care that we strive to achieve for all of our patients. Kilda is one of our fairly newly graduated nurse and it is lovely to hear that her care had such a positive impact on your stay in the ward and allayed your fears at a time when you understandably felt anxious.
