"amazing hospital and staff"

my experience with this hospital was brilliant, so clean and welcoming. Staff on AEC on my visit were amazing not just to me but to everyone on this unit, thorough examinations, testing and keeping you informed of what was happening. The staff were so cheerful and professional and treated us all with respect and dignity throughout the a long process but did there best not to keep us longer then necessary, i loved personal touch of tvs to entertain us as not being able to have anyone accompany you, squash and water and to top it off offered everyone hot drinks and sandwiches. I really couldn’t fault Russells Hall at all brilliant staff team in every department i went to, constant cleaning and friendly welcoming atmosphere given the current situation, had no concerns of there safety measures in place. Thank you Russell’s Hall you are an amazing asset to the NHS.
