So in lots of pain I book in and the desk lady is very helpful as was the nurse ..... so after waiting for 4 hours ( no complaints in the current climate) I’m finally called to be told “ yeah it’s a ligament problem but we can’t scan it here .... ask your GP too arrange a scan !!! “ 4 hours for literally 2 minutes treatment...... Sorry not impressed ..... nurse should have had an idea so surely I should have been advised at that point instead of wasting my time and your staffs
