"My experience during 2020"

I was designated a course of BCG treatment and have had 12 treatments in the course of the year. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to this particular department, all communications both ways have been excellent.

The unit's staff provide a consistently welcoming and accommodating environment. The building and its fixtures are reassuringly hygienic and clean.

My patient experience at Louth has been outstanding across the range of clinical and inter-personal episodes.

I appreciate that the standard of Care I have received throughout the year of treatment is not easy to deliver, it is an outcome achieved through high standards of management, training, commitment and competence. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of all the people involved in achieving this outcome.
