"Recent visit to minor injuries unit Stirling"

About: Stirling Care Village / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

I had an accident and fractured my ankle. The new service is so well organised. I contacted the unit. A nurse video called me at a suitable time. She then made an appointment for me to attend. I arrived and within 10 minutes was taken through for an examination and an x-ray. Following the results I was given a moonboot and was on my way home within an hour of arriving.

I was given information about what to expect regarding follow up.

Very professional and smooth service.

Thank you to all staff. You are doing an amazing job.
