I never leave reviews but I had a procedure today that due to personal reasons and previous trauma I was terrified to go in for.

Even with Covid regulations, the ladies accommodated me as best as they could and I can’t thank them enough. The ladies were so kind and caring during a time where I was really not in a great place. It’s really tough not being able to bring someone with you for support, but they really did do their best to comfort me.

I’m really grateful for everything they did because I walked into that hospital almost certain that I wasn’t going to be able to go ahead with the procedure.

I just wanted to leave this review so any other young girls who feel worried or scared about going for procedures on their own can have some comfort in knowing that the staff do their very best to make you feel safe and at ease!
