"Great work, really nice staff."

I wanted to leave a review and thank all staff at Albany Practice for doing a great job of looking after my mum.

I had reservations about the service in the past and even thought about moving mum to a new GP. I'm pleased to say, the service have improved significantly over past few months and they call and organise everything without us having to call them.

I was really happy that they organise flu and pneumonia vaccines for mum, which is really important in the current climate for those who are vulnerable. Now I feel very comfortable leaving mum under their care. Thank you and keep up the great work!
