"great nurse practitioner"

after a long wait on phone gave my details to receptionist asking for drs appt i rarely visit gp but felt so ill i had to. the nurse practitioner rang me back within the hour, we had a long consultation she was friendly caring and extremely knowledgeable. she arranged for blood tests the following day and my husband collected the paperwork. on receiving my results had another phone consultation and medication was prescribed. the following week had a face to face consultation where my results were discussed and after visual examination she booked me for xrays, and referred me to the appropriate specialists. i am extremely grateful for her care and couldnt have been looked after better by a doctor.
