About: Outpatients / Ear, nose and throat (ENT)

(as the patient),

Attended an ENT appointment for an Endoscopy. Although this was a little uncomfortable Dr Lefay and his nurse were extremely reassuring and made me feel completely at ease. All staff that I came into contact with during my visit were very pleasant and efficient. All Covid procedures were followed and I felt completely safe. Thank you so much for the excellent care.

Dear Dedem, I am the Care Opinion Facilitator for the Southern Health and Social Care Trust and want to thank you so much for taking the time to provide this feedback on your recent experience. I understand that some of the procedures may have been uncomfortable, it is reassuring to read that you felt at ease and that you found the staff to be pleasant and efficient. We know that patients can feel very anxious when they need to attend our hospitals due to the restrictions from COVID 19, and I am glad that you felt completely safe when you attended for your appointment.
