"The MRI team were incredible!"

I was nervous having never had an MRI previously and I was very aware that the covid situation was making me more anxious. All the staff I encountered during the MRI process were kind, friendly, respectful and made me feel a lot more reassured throughout the procedure. They were very careful and reminded me of all the covid measures in place, without making it fearful, and I felt quite at ease.

They were just amazing, and went above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable as possible- even playing my choice of music (heavy metal), which helped override the MRI machine’s noise.
