Great to hear that staff are treating you well and that you are happy with food and drinks provision.

We will share your feedback to our bed management leads regarding the hard mattress to see what can be done.

We operate a virtual visiting arrangement. Please ask staff about having this provided for you.

We do appreciate how you feel regarding visitors but unfortunately due to the current climate this is restricted by Public Health. We are hoping that updated guidance is issued soon. We do however encourage virtual visiting and now have a team to help us with this.

Your feed back is welcomed as we are always trying to improve our service.
