"Extremely rude and unhelpfull"

It is next to impossible to get an appointment here. You can wait up to half an hour in a call queue only to be told there are "no appointments, call back" and keep trying for many days before you get an appointment.

This would be bearable and understandable considering the pressure the practice is under, but what makes it hard to stomach, is the sheer rudeness and unkindness of the reception staff/whoever is answering the calls. Sheer lack of respect, empathy and being barked at when you are already unwell and struggling.

Whilst we are grateful for your comment on understanding the current pressures, our work ethos does not allow unprofessional behaviour towards patients under any circumstances.
