"Fantastic hospital"

I had general surgery on the 8th of September here and was nervous about it but the staff, from the receptionists and porters to the nurses, were fantastic and put me at ease. I received fantastic care, my thanks to the staff and nurses on the Lancaster ward for being amazing during these difficult times and for checking in with me via phone call a couple of days later.
