On the 27th October 2020 I attended the Day Surgery Unit, Queen Margaret Hospital and would like to record that the care and treatment I received from the Surgeon, doctors and nurses was of the highest standard possible. Given the circumstances of covid all deserve high praise. The standards of cleanliness could not be faulted. I am very grateful to all concerned. Having had to have the procedure cancelled earlier this year due to lockdown and the high number of covid patients it has been a great relief to have had the operation at last.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write about your recent experience in Day Surgery on care opinion. I am delighted to see that it was a positive experience and I understand all the frustrations with having procedures cancelled due to covid but all our staff are working hard to provide an excellent service to each and every one of our patients.
