"poor communication"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

My appointment letter stated I would be having drops instilled therefore in bold letters do not drive. I am now £22 less off having to pay for taxis to and from appointment and was told i would not be having drops today. Having attended this department for a few years i am at a loss as to why no drops today, why no phone call to say you can drive as you wont be having drops. Times are hard and £22 is a lot of money.
