"Daughters Tonsillectomy"

I would like to thank all the staff involved in my daughters care pre and post operatively at Ninewells Hospital. 

Mrs Kennedy from ENT was brilliant during our phone consultation. Her communication was fantastic and ensured we understood the whole process. 

The nurse in ward 30 called Kelly was amazing with her and made my daughter feel completely at ease. 

I could not speak highly enough of the Doctor who actually carried out the operation. His name was Aaron and he had such a lovely manner. He communicated well with myself and my daughter and ensured we understood what was going on. He had just the right amount of humour to make her feel completely at ease! What a credit to Ninewells! 

Unfortunately she had to be readmitted and the second experience was just as good as the first. Staff at every stop were fantastic from A&E to Ward 29 ensuring we didn’t panic. Thank you in particular to Mr Jones and Carol-Anne for convincing her to eat!! 

We are truly grateful for each person that we encountered. We feared the worst due to this pandemic but you were all amazing!
