"Incompetent"

About: New Cross Hospital

My wife was taken to New Cross for a suspected stroke. Spent two hours trying to find out her condition and was transferred SEVEN times between departments back and forth. Tried ringing the acute stroke unit 10 times and was cut off every time. This is a shambles of a service.

Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm
