"Help with alcohol issues"

Directed by GP to CGL. Their contact was very fast and was appreciated in the time of need. Greg the allotted consellor was superb. Made me realise that there was a better 'path' to go down for me other than self medicating with alcohol to deal with my depression and anxiety. Ultimate diagnosis is PTSD which is another path I have to travel. But the supportive work from CGL  at the begining and onwards added clarity at a dark and clouded time in my life. The support has made life much clearer for the way ahead, assisting me greatly but also improving the quality of day -to-day life for my family and I. The first step was very hard, but subsequent ones were eased by the input from CGL.
