"Care is hit and miss"

I signed up with this GP 5 years ago, and unfortunately their care has been hit and miss to say the least. I had a serious accident during the second covid lockdown; 111 send my details to them, but I had no follow up call. 

I called, I was told I cannot see anyone as they are not doing appointments because of the pandemic . It seems the job description at reception in Covid times is clear: push people away, anywhere, to hospitals or A&E - anything but the practice.

I registered with another GP during that lockdown, got offered a follow up appointment for my injury in the same lockdown one hour after I called. So not everywhere operates in the same way.
