(as a service user),

My son turned 18 and needed his annual flu immunisation. He has special needs and this year it was a requirement that he should receive an injection rather than the nasal spray. Due to his physical condition this would have been extremely painful and distressing for him, however Beverly went over and above her role and supported my son and managed to obtain authorisation for the nasal spray - to me and my son this made a huge difference and I want to thank you 🙏 x
